Salcombe benefits from a number of sandy beaches, all easily accessible from Merchants House. 

A 5 minute walk to Whitestrands Pontoon giving access to the Salcombe Estuary.

There is a universal EV charging point at the property for guests to use. Guest are asked to bring their own charging cables.  

There is a large parking platform at the property which can accommodate 4 large cars.
