Merchants House is a Sea Captain's Villa situated in the heart of Salcombe's Victorian Quarter, less than 5 minutes walk from the waterfront at Fore St. Guests benefit from a large landscaped gardens with numerous terraces to choose from. Parking for several vehicles included.
The ground floor of Merchants House consists of a large open plan living, dining and kitchen, which leads on the garden. There is a second sitting room and a downstairs WC and utility room.
